"Where's the best place for me to access information about the psych registration pathways"?
There are a lot of different resources out there, but I'd be sticking with AHPRA's guidelines, as they're the regulatory body and what they say, goes. Check out this link (https://www.psychologyboard.gov.au/Registration/General.aspx) - it has a pretty easy to follow flow chart which will give you a basic idea about the various pathways to follow.
"How long does it take to become a psychologist?"
Good Q! There are a bunch of different pathways to follow, each with different timeframes, but generally speaking, you're looking at 6 years minimum from the time you begin your undergraduate degree to the time you receive that sweet piece of paper with the words "Psychologist - Generally Registered".
"What master's course is right for me?"
Well, that's a personal question. It entirely depends on your end goal. Are you looking to gain an Area of Practice Endorsement (AoPE)? Or are you eager to get into the field via the quickest possible route? There are a lot of things to consider before choosing your master's course (not to mention your overall grades in your honours/fourth year. My advice would be to have a bit of a read on the various types of psychologists (clinical/educational/organisational, etc.) and then see what courses universities offer. Some universities don't offer the full range of psychology courses that correspond with AoPEs, so see what options are open to you.
